No. We can support anyone either with or without a diagnosis.

The first coaching session will be slightly longer than normal sessions. This enables us to gain some detailed information about your background and what your specific support needs are. We will agree some initial goals and look at any specific actions you need to take between the first session and your next one.

We can agree how many sessions are right for you, the choice is entirely yours. Most people find that at least six sessions are sufficient to support them in achieving noticeable results.

No. The coaching process can be challenging and will require you to put in some hard work and at times consider some difficult questions and choices. You will decide how dramatic the changes are that you need to make and want to make with the support of your coach.

Improving your health and wellbeing can mean making some tough decisions and making some significant changes in terms of work, lifestyle and relationships. Yet it can also mean just making some small, yet positive and effective changes that are barely visible to the outside world. We can help you to identify what is right for you.

No. You can incorporate yoga into your coaching programme or not, the decision is entirely yours.
