We believe yoga is so much more than simply a physical exercise. Our classes take a holistic approach incorporating the mind, our emotional state and the body. Expect to feel calmer, more grounded and centered in addition to enjoying the physical benefits yoga has to offer. In our studio you’ll find no mirrors, no judgement, just great yoga!

We provide yoga classes to suit all abilities and levels of experience. Everyone is welcome including beginners and experienced practitioners. Explore our range of classes including hatha yoga, flow yoga, ashtanga yoga and yin yoga. We also provide specialist yoga such pregnancy yoga, parent and baby yoga, chair yoga and one to one yoga.

Our yoga classes

Our teachers are committed to making our classes accessible to people with all levels of experience and ability. You will be guided through your practice with lots of options and variations to make postures more accessible or to provide a greater challenge. Both beginners and more experienced yogis will be able to develop their yoga practice through our classes.

Classes can be booked on a pay per session basis or membership subscriptions can be purchased. Our memberships are not contracted and give you access to a wide range of additional benefits. These include access to pre-recorded yoga classes, meditation tracks and discounts for both selected wellbeing workshops and services provided by local wellness professionals.

Membership subscriptions

Membership subscriptions offer the best value access to our classes and reduce class prices to as little as £3.50 per class. Our memberships have no minimum contract period, and you can cancel any time. As a membership subscriber you will have access to:

One to one yoga & meditation

One to one yoga or meditation tuition is available in our studio at £45 per hour. One-to-one sessions can be helpful when you want to focus on a specific aspect of your yoga or meditation practice, when you want to build confidence, get tailored advice for recovery from illness or injury or during significant changes such as pregnancy or menopause.

One-to-one meditation tuition can be helpful if you are struggling to establish a home practice or if you would like support in combating challenges such as anxiety or other mental health conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are building a team of welcoming, approachable yoga teachers who are highly trained and able to adapt yoga practices to suit all levels and abilities. When you arrive the yoga teacher will check you into the class and is available for any questions that you might have. There is space for you to hang up your coat and store your shoes in addition to personal effects lockers where you can safely store items such as your mobile phone and car keys.

You will enter the studio and choose a mat space. You can use one of our studio yoga mats or you can bring your own and roll it out in one of our mat spaces. Then all you need to do is simply allow yourself to be guided through the class and enjoy! We will lock the front door of the studio for safety and security reasons while classes are in progress.

You are welcome to help yourself to a soothing Pukka tea to enjoy on your journey home – just bring a travel cup with you.

Yes! We have a car park directly in front of the studio which is free to use. We’ll need to give you a permit if you’ll be with us for more than 90 minutes. During busy periods there is also nearby on street car parking available.

We’d recommend that you book online in advance as classes can be popular and limited places are available. You are welcome to drop in although spaces will be subject to availability.

We will continue to monitor and respect any guidance and legal requirements that may be in place at any time. We are running an enhanced cleaning schedule within the studio and will sanitise regularly in all areas. We are also running on a reduced capacity basis to ensure there is plenty of space in between each yoga mat.

To help us keep everyone safe and to help us remain open we respectfully ask that if you have any symptoms or are awaiting the outcome of a PCR test to skip class. We’ll welcome you back as soon as you’re able to return.
