One to One Pre and Post Natal Yoga
Enjoy one to one sessions that are bespoke to your individual needs. Sessions are conducted in the comfort of your own home via zoom. You can even choose to have your own yoga sequence that you can practice on your own at home following the session.
Sessions can be booked as a one off or as a series of sessions that will build on your strength and flexibility both before and after birth.
Prenatal yoga can be practised after your 12 week scan on agreement of your midwife. Postnatal yoga can be practised after your six week check on agreement of your doctor. You do not need to have prior experience of yoga.
Mum and Baby Yoga
Enjoy your own bespoke yoga sessions at home (even in your pyjamas!) with your new baby. Once you have completed your six week check and your doctor is happy for you to commence exercise, we can build a yoga sequence to meet your own specific needs that you can enjoy with your growing baby.

A one to one session costs £45 including a background call to identify your needs and an ‘at home’ bespoke plan for you to practice following the session.
