Receive support from a qualified coach to identify the right goals for you and how you can achieve these goals to improve your own personal wellness. Maybe you want support to develop new positive habits or understand why you have struggled to break unhealthy cycles. The programme will be designed around your own specific needs.
An optional 20 minute free of charge discovery session can be booked to help you decide if coaching is right for you.
£45 per session pay as you go
£240 for a block of six sessions – £40 per session
The initial session will be slightly longer at 60 to 90 minutes to ensure detailed background information so we can offer you the best possible coaching support. Subsequent sessions will last 45 to 60 minutes. A written report will be sent to you following each session summarising any agreed actions and areas for you to reflect on.
